I'm passionate about the way the offline (brick) and online (click) worlds are merging, and how the business and social landscapes are evolving in rapid fasion. My passions are business, communication, marketing, branding, and user feedback.

I have a full time gig with L-3 Communications as Online Community Manager of Army.mil, the official website of the U.S. Army. I help Army Public Affairs personnel tell the Army's story, and consider myself fortunate.

My consultancy, Brick and Click, focuses on helping Business, Government and Media integrate and improve offline/online efforts and strategy. At the heart of it is the way brands - small and large - inspire 'consumer passion' ... first with remarkable products and services ... and second with 'people connecting' solutions and strategies; social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc), e-mail newsletters, blogs, user feedback tools and more.

My wife is a Children's Picture Book author (Susan Crites: I Love You More Than Rainbows was published in 2008 by Thomas Nelson). Her book is wonderful, uplifting medicine for both children and adults. Pick up a copy and make some snuggle and reading time with your little one or grandchild. It'll be time incredibly well spent.
